The trail provides magnificent views of mountains, combination of rich culture heritage, biological diversity. As well as Manaslu region is one of the delightful adventures in Nepal, as it provides spectacular beauty along the border of Nepal and Tibet. The trekking to this area has been considered to be one of the finest tourist destinations in Nepal, as one can enjoy with the panoramic views of the majestic Himalayas stretched across the area. This valley is a sanctuary to many highly endangered animals, including Snow Leopards and Pandas, different species of birds, mammals, grey wolf, musk deer, blue sheep and the Himalayan Thar, butterflies and reptiles. Medicinal herbs and aromatic plants have also been recorded in the Manaslu region.

After Laprak, we follow Budhi Gandaki valley, the trail continue northward passing through many villages of the Tibetan origin. These villages offer an opportunity to explore their customs and cultures, monasteries, prayer flags, prayer wheel and prayer walls.

Larkey Peak:
The Larkey peak is a part of the Manaslu Himal range. It is a fascinating peak rising above the Larkey pass (5200m) at an altitude of 6219m. It offers a fairly easy climb with fabulous views of Manaslu, the Annapurnas and Ratna chulu. The ascent is technically not as difficult, however just above base camp, up to the summit; you have to fix up about 1000m ropes. It is required that the climbers have a technical experience of the high mountains as using the high mountain gear such as ice axe, crampons, ropes, rappelling along with a good physical condition. Likewise, regular practice of mountaineering in the Alps is necessary and a motivation to implicate for the preparation.

Majority of the climbers often have confusion in attempting to climb the actual peak as the route leads towards a steep line to a subsidiary peak known as first summit (5,807 m). Climbers usually stop at the first peak. The first peak can be climbed in a long day from the base camp. However, reaching the second actual peak is a long but easy climb on snow slopes that are slightly less steep than the first one. The best option for climbers to climb the actual Larkey (6,249 m) peak requires a high camp
