This trek is one of the most fascinating circuits of all Tibetan treks, 5/6hours of walk every day, offering a new variation through the extremely cultivated Gyama Valley. We experience an area with diverse historical and religious surroundings. We discover ourselves in the very cradle of Tibetan society, the Yarlung Valley and visit Samye Monastery, the first one built in Tibet by Padmasambhava in 8th century then we will trek across Yarlung Tsangpo River and drive to Tsetang and visit the royal tombs in the Valley of the Kings as well as the Yumbulakang Palace of Tibet's first King, the oldest building in Tibet. The next day, we drive direct to Shigatse then continue to Nepal border.
