Sing La Pass (Indigenous route) from Dharche Laprak
Sing La Pass (Indigenous route) from Dharche Laprak (Ref: YTR08NP)

First half of this trek makes you explore the people and their culture of this region and then takes you to the less inhabited and wild region.

Gorkha a small independent state from where the unification of modern Nepal began is the starting point of the trek. The Gurung village of Laprak is reached by two different routes; either along the Daraundi valley or the hillside of Dharchey. Dharchey is a magnificent panoramic view point to admire the lofty moiuntain summits like Langtang, Ganesh Himal, Buddha Himal, Himalchuli, Manaslu, Annapurna and so on. After crossing Budhi Gandaki, the trail passes through more wild landscape on the lap of Ganesh Himal.

High Light:- Laprak and Barpak Gurung/Ghale village, Tamang community, Mt Manaslu (8167m.), Ganesh himal range
