Mustang, traditionally a separate kingdom later annexed to Nepal, lies beyond the Himalayan range. It offers a unique combination of mountain scenery and Buddhist culture. This easy hike with a maximum altitude of 4100m has recently opened to tourists from the Nepalese side. The new provision allows all visitors to observe the uniqueness of the mythical universe of living Tibetan cultural heritage.

Trekkers to this region can get a new experience of viewing mountains towards the South. A visit to this area takes the trekkers to an old and completely different era of this ethnic group who follow unique culture close to the Tibetans.

Along the way to Lo Manthang, you can observe numerous chörtens, underground caves, statues and monasteries, some which date back to the eleventh century. As you visit this fortified village and the king's palace with unique architecture, you will get a glimpse of a kingdom within a kingdom'.

Myriad of Buddhist monasteries perched at various vantage points offers the trekkers with the unique landscape combination of a valley, When coming back, the incomparable landscape on the right faces the Dhaulagiri massif and the gate formed by the Nilgiri and the Tilicho Peak (7134m) on the left a high altitude dry desert, resembling an oasis.

Day 01 Arrival in Kathamndu, transfer at Hotel
Day 02 Day Free
Day 03 Kathmandu-Pokhara, 6hrs by bus and O/N in Hotel.
Day 04 Pokhara-Jomsom (2700m)- Kagbeni (2800m), 25min by plane, 2/3hrs walking and O/N at camp
Day 05 Kagbeni-Chele (3050m), 5/6hrs walking and O/N at camp.
Day 06 Chele-Tamagaon (3740m), 5/6hrs walking and O/N at camp
Day 07 Tamagaon-Drakmar (3800m), 5/6hrs walking and O/N at camp
Day 08 Dragmar - via Ghargumpa - Tsarang (3620m), 5/6hrs walking and O/N at camp
Day 09 Tsarang- Lho - Monthang (3790m), 4/5hrs Walking and O/N at camp.
Day 10 Lho - Mathang: Visit the monasteries gray (Thugchen) and Red (Namgyal)
Day 11 Lho- Mathang - Yara (3700m), 5/6hrs walking O/N at camp
Day 12 Yara: Excursion day and visit the Ghara Gumba- with very strong opportunity to search the fossils. We take the Picnic.
Day 13 Yara - Tabngye (3350m), 6/7hrs walking and O/N at camp.
Day 14 Tangye- Tetang (3000m), 6/7hrs walking and O/N at camp.
Day 15 Tetang - Muktintoh (3800m), via Ghyu La Pass (4135m.) 7/8hrs walking O/N at camp.
Day 16 Muktintoh-Jomsom (2700m), 4/5hrs walking and O/N lodge.
Day 17 Jomsom - Pokhara 25min by air and O/N in Hotel.
Day 18 Pokhara-Kathmandu, 6hrs in bus and O/N in Hotel
