5 April 2012

Exceptional trekking from Gurkha to Mustang around Manaslu and Annapurna ranges, including Tsum and Naar-Phu valleys – 54 days starting in early April 2012.

I am looking for trekkers that would like to join me for a wonderful trekking around Manaslu and Annapurna ranges. Starting in the Gurkha region with its phenomenal views over Ganesh Himal and its typical lovely villages, this trekking will go through the hidden valleys of Tsum and Naar-Phu, reaching Kang La Pass, fantastic point of view over the entire Annapurna range. The trekking will end by crossing the Mesokanto Pass close to the well-known Tilicho Lake, before entering in the old Kingdom of Mustang until its heart: the mythical capital Lo Mantang. This trekking, lead by the team of Yatri Trekking, will go through unique landscapes, and aims to understand as far as possible the local traditions of people from different ethnic and religious origins: Gurkhas, Bhotias and Tibetans…

Starting in early April 2012, the trekking is quite flexible and allows you to:

(1) Cover only the Manaslu trekking with Tsum valley in 28 days round trip from Katmandu

(2) Or to continue to the Naar-Phu Valley returning by Kang La to Besi Sahar in 35 days

(3) Either to push to Jomosom, crossing the Mesokanto in 39 days

(4) To participate to the entire trekking, that could be qualified of unique. It will last 54 days and allows to discover different regions of Nepal out of the overcrowded areas.

Yatri Trekking and I would be pleased to welcome you and to share this incredible Himalayan adventure, off the beaten track.

Jérémie
